Maungakiekie Team

The Intermediate team is made up of 4 classes, Huia 1 and 2 and Kea 1 and 2.  Our Team Vision is "Lead Proudly" which essentially means to act in ways which reflect our position as the oldest in the school.  Students are encouraged to take on leadership roles and responsibilities and to find ways they can model positive behaviour and cool choices to the rest of the students in the school.

There is an expectation that students in the Intermediate Team work to the best of their ability both individually and in group situations.  These years are especially important as our students prepare for the transition to High School and we encourage them to give 100% to everything they do and also to enjoy their last years as part of a Primary School community.
