Option 1
þ    Come in to see us during shop hours
 
 
Option 2
þ    Get an order form from the school office
þ    Complete the form with payment
þ    Your order will be completed on the next shop day. 
þ    Your order can either be left at reception for you to collect or can be given to your child to bring home.
 
 
Option 3
þ    Download the order form from the bottom of this page.
þ    Complete the form and either fax, email or return the form to the school office
þ    Make payment by cheque, eftpos or internet banking (using child’s name as reference)
þ    Your order will be completed on the next shop day (with internet banking – once payment shows in school account, usually 1-2 days)
þ    Your order can either be left at reception for you to collect or can be given to your child to bring home.
 
FAQ’s
 
What if I don’t know my child’s size?
The experienced shop volunteers can fit your child with the right size. Your child will be called down to the shop so that they can be correctly sized.
 
When will my order be filled?
Your order will be filled on the next shop day. For example, orders placed on Monday will be filled on Tuesday.
 
How will I know when my order is ready?
If you want to collect your order, you will be contacted when your order is ready. Otherwise your order will be delivered to your child to bring home.
 
Can I pay by internet banking?
Yes. Please make sure you use your child’s name AND “uniform” as references. This will ensure that your payment is quickly and easily recognised. It may also be helpful to email confirmation. Once your payment shows in the school bank account, your order will be filled.
 
Do you have credit card facilities?
No. However, you can pay by Eftpos, internet banking, cheque or cash.
 
What if I buy the wrong size?
We are happy to exchange items with the retail tags attached and/or are in original unworn condition.
We suggest that if you have made purchases without your child, you immediately try the garments (leaving the tags on) to check the fit. 
 
My child has special clothing requirements. Can you have garments made for them?
Yes. If your child has severe skin allergies, we are able to have our supplier to manufacture the basic uniform items such as polo shirts made in cotton to reduce discomfort and irritation. We can also have garments made for children who may be much smaller or larger than the sizes we carry in stock.
